RELIGIOUS EDUCATION NEWS
Beginning June 1st, the Religious Education Office will be open Fridays from 5:00 - 8:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am - 12 noon.
Please note that the office will be closed on September 7.
Religious Education classes will begin on Saturday, September 21st (9:00 am until 10:30 am) for Kindergarten through 5th grade; and on Monday, September 23rd (6:45 pm until 8:15 pm) for grades 6 - 8.
Registration for the 2019/2020 school year can be done when the office is open. A copy of the child’s baptismal certificate MUST be on file and payment is expected at the time of registration.
SACRAMENTAL PREPARATION FOR ADULTS
If you are 18 years or older and would like to become a Catholic or want to complete your sacraments, please come to a meeting on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the parish library. Deacon Ron and the RCIA Team will discuss the following:
ADULT CONFIRMATION - Are you a Catholic who has been baptized and has received First Eucharist, but would like to be Confirmed?
RITE OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR ADULTS (RCIA) - Baptism, Communion, Confirmation or Communion and Confirmation
- Are you interested in learning more about the Catholic faith?
- Are you a Catholic who has not received First Eucharist and Confirmation?

CASSEROLE MINISTRY NEWS
To our casserole makers: Thank you for your continued support! Those who are fed by the Missionaries of Charity Soup Kitchen really appreciate your generosity. A new packet with the schedule and recipes is available on this website under Ministries and Groups/Outreach. Casserole-making begins with pan pickup on the weekend of September 7 & 8. We always welcome more casserole makers!!
