ADULT FAITH FORMATION
"Adult faith formation, by which people consciously grow in the life of Christ through experience, reflection, prayer, and study, must be "the central task in the catechetical enterprise," becoming "the axis around which revolves the catechesis of childhood and adolescence as well as that of old age." Our Hearts Were Burning Within Us, #5

ON-SITE ADULT FAITH FORMATION PROGRAMS
If you are interested in group studies held at the parish, we offer Adult Faith Formation programs geared toward adults interested in personal spiritual enrichment and growth in their understanding of the Catholic faith’s beliefs and teaching.
Selected series are professionally developed programs from sources such as Ascension Press, Catholic Scripture Study, Formed.org and Word On Fire. Most offerings include preparation prior to session meetings, class DVD presentations, then “digging deeper” in small group discussion. As a side benefit of attending these series, participants meet and get to know others in the church who are on a similar path.
ADULT FAITH FORMATION STUDY
Join us for a time of group discussion and fellowship. You will not only discover your unique gifts and calling as a member of Christ’s Church; you will also help us to grow in fellowship as a parish as we grow closer to Christ together.
Adult Faith Formation Study begins on Monday, March 20th at 6:00pm in the parish library.
All parishioners of both St. John’s and St. Alexander’s are invited to join our 9-week Bible study on Mary. We will be using the book “Mary - Virgin, Mother and Queen” by Father Mitch Pacwa, S.J. The book is available on Amazon for $9.95. Please bring your Bible to class.
