  • Service Packet completed by February 23 (C3) or February 24 (C2)
  • Take Home Final Exam due March 9 (C3) or March 10 (C2)

The Sacrament of Confirmation

  • Monday, April 28 - attend the Sacrament of Reconciliation beginning at 5:00 pm for those students receiving Confirmation or both First Eucharist and Confirmation.
  • Confirmation Practice: Monday, April 28, 6:30pm
  • Confirmation: TBD

Parents: 

  • Complete the Confirmation Candidate Data Sheet. 
  • Give the sponsor certificate to the sponsor. If the sponsor does not attend Mass at St. John, the sponsor must have the form signed by the pastor or deacon at the church where they attend. Parents – both forms are in your student’s folder. If they are missing, please download and print a copy (see below).

Padres:  

  • Los padres deben completar la hoja de datos del candidato a la confirmación.
  • Los padres deben entregar el formulario de patrocinador al patrocinador. Si el patrocinador no asiste a Misa en St. John, el patrocinador debe tener el formulario firmado por el pastor o diácono de la iglesia a la que asiste. 
  • Padres: ambos formularios están en la carpeta roja de su estudiante. Si faltan, descargue e imprima una copia (abajo).
