12:30 - 4:30 pm

Bilingual Mass at 11:00 am.  There will be no Spanish Mass at St. John the Apostle that day.  Food will be served buffet style in the Parish Hall with serving lines open at 12:45 pm.  We will eat outside under the large tent.  Music, bouncy houses. kiddie games, the Balloon Lady, and more.

If you would like to bring a food donation on the day of the picnic, we are requesting desserts -- sliced fruit, cookies, brownies, etc.  Please drop off your desserts at the table outside the parish hall.

Thursday Night Bible Study Resumes September 13, 2018

You are invited to join our Thursday night Bible study group. We meet immediately after the 7:00 pm Mass every Thursday in the library.  Our fall study topic will be “The Bible and Pop Culture”.

Pop culture is filled with allusions to the Bible – but few people can recognize them. We will be viewing clips from popular movies and discussing where the theme can be found in the Old and New Testaments and/or the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

Please join us as we grow closer to the Lord by gaining a better understanding of His Holy Word.  Any questions, please contact Terry Bode at
