On February 13, 2025, Bishop Hicks rendered this decision:
St. John the Apostle Parish in Villa Park will amalgamate into St. Alexander Parish in Villa Park. St. John the Apostle Parish will close its church and buildings.
These changes will go into effect as of July 1, 2025.
INFORMATION REGARDING THE RESTRUCTURING
St. John and St. Alexander Unity Prayer Group
All parishioners from both parishes are invited. We will meet weekly at 6:30 pm on Wednesdays. Check the bulletin for the latest schedule for dates and locations.

“The Chosen”— Season 4 will be shown at St. John’s beginning Monday, March 31st at 6:30 in the library.
There will be one episode shown each evening followed by a group discussion. All parishioners of St. John’s and St. Alexander’s are invited to join us.
